Google has announce that they have entered the web browser war.  Google will unveil on Tuesday 9/2 Google Chrome, an open source browser based on webkit and Firefox. To get things started, Google released a comic describing their reasoning behind developing the browser. I can only hope that we have room for another browser and that this project will not go in the way of the Netscape browser. Only time will tell.
